The Tier 1 offering is a monthly subscription, remote support agreement designed to empower the customer’s staff and supplement their capabilities. The offering provides the customer with expert Camstar consultations for “How it works” questions, testing, data correlation, minor customizations, solution estimations, anomaly recognition and general troubleshooting.

Deliverables:

  • 8 remote consultations per month  for 1 contact
  • Documented consultations in a web-based repository
  • Status reports

 

The Tier 2 offering is a monthly subscription, remote support agreement designed to empower the customer’s staff and supplement their capabilities. The offering provides customers with expert Camstar consultations for solution guidance and confirmation, best practices, testing, methodology techniques and ‘How to?’ technical questions.

Deliverables:

  • Up to 20 consultations per month for up to 3 contacts
  • Documented consultations in a web-based repository
  • Status reports
